The second issue is to find suitable personnel to manage the childcare center. Also, there is the need to ensure enough funds for the staff and maintenance of the center. Another concern is the fact that this new initiative will only benefit a minority in the workforce. However, it seems that starting an onsite chi ldcare center will of immense benefit to the company in the long term as it is highly likely that the number of female employees looking for onsite childcare facility while opting for job will increase in future.
